Topic: Call for Information

We have received reports of slow download speeds from our atlanta location, we are looking to gather data in regards to the issue. We are asking if people can do download tests from residential connections and provide the following information

  - Average speed of download (does it start fast then slow?, does it start slow but speed up?)
  - A traceroute from your location

We will request more tests in time to compare against other locations

An attempt at downloading file http://node4.smart-serv.net/1000mb resulted in a 5-10sec "save as" window popup delay,
    as well as the file never actually downloading. Using Chrome, the file popped up on the download bar and was stuck "Starting..."
